A fitness center is seeking a Maintenance staff member to perform general building maintenance and fitness equipment repairs. This part-time role requires 24-28 hours per week with some flexibility. Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, as well as routine maintenance of gym equipment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
