Production Operations Associate

Job Summary

The Operations Associate will assist with day to day processing of Vivacity’s pre-deployment process. This role will be expected to provide exceptional service in device teardowns, parts, white gloving, shipping and receiving, green boxing, case applications, asset tagging, screen applications, and empower + repairs. Operation Associates will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth and efficient process across multiple functions.

• Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems.
• Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools.
• Complete orders with services that include, but not limited to pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, and green boxing.
• Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to purchase orders.
• Ensure cleanliness of work environment, and equipment are functioning and properly maintained.
• Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as business dictates.
• Uphold safety standards in respective work environments.
• Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred.

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to operate job-related machinery.
• Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
