Pay Type: Flat Rate + Production Bonus

Earning Potential: $90,000–$150,000+

Flat Rate Without the Fear of a Slow Week.

If you're an experienced A-Level Technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, this role gives you the earning potential of flat rate with the security of a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

You'll work Monday–Friday in a climate-controlled shop with consistent workflow, modern diagnostic equipment, and production bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex electrical and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete A/C diagnostics and repairs
• Handle engine, timing belt, water pump, and transmission-related repairs
• Perform general repair and maintenance
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
• A-Level diagnostic and repair skills
• Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting ability
• DVI experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair multiple makes and models independently
• Own professional tools
• ASE Certifications and independent shop experience preferred
• Japanese import experience is a plus
