Senior Commercial Electrician

Our client, a leading organization in the commercial property management sector, is seeking a Senior Commercial Electrician to join their team. As a Senior Commercial Electrician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting property operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Commercial Electrician

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay rate: $39‑41/hr

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including generators, VFDs, UPS, and building support equipment such as AHUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
• Assist in executing site power outages and major switch gear maintenance events to ensure minimal disruption.
• Analyze system operations, identify malfunctions, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support installation and repair of single and three‑phase motors, conduit running, and wiring pulling.
• Communicate effectively with team members and facility management to deliver exceptional service and ensure safety compliance.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of related trade experience or schooling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, single‑line diagrams, and safety standards such as NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.
