Job Title

Located 17 km south of Paris, in the north of Essonne, Épinay-sur-Orge is part of the Paris-Saclay conurbation. In a quiet and green setting, the town welcomes more than 11,000 inhabitants and carries out numerous projects: revision of the PLU, construction of a school group… Épinay-sur-Orge thus combines the dynamism and attractiveness of the Paris region agglomerations with the tranquility and comfort of life in a town of human size.

You have a real appetite for working with senior citizens. You are versatile, able to carry out small maintenance tasks but also to maintain a link of listening and trust with the elderly. Within the autonomy residence which includes around forty homes, your missions will be as follows:

• Guarantee the physical and moral safety of residents and provide assistance when needed
• Ensure the safety and good condition of the building and exteriors
• Inform and direct visitors
• Perform surveillance rounds
• Maintain the collective spaces of the residence and manage the containers
• Participate in the life of the residence
• Ensure the surveillance of the building's maintenance, ensure the proper functioning of the installations (electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.), alert the technical services when necessary, monitor the works entrusted to contractors and carry out small repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate on various prevention measures (heat wave, blue week, etc.)
• Show the residence to potentially interested people

Missions within the framework of the on-call duty in exchange for housing by absolute necessity of service:

• Ensure telephone vigilance
• Perform surveillance rounds
• Be on call at the residence and remain easily reachable during the stipulated on-call hours
• Answer calls from elderly residents
• Provide non-medical help

Full time, permanent position Housing attributed as part of the functions, by absolute necessity of service (free rent) Effective work: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday: from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 (848 hours over 212 days/year) Guardianship (in exchange for housing by absolute necessity of service): 2544 hours over 212 days/year distributed as follows On-call duty from Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 7:00 On-call duty one weekend in two Annualized planning 25 annual leave days + 12 RTT Statutory remuneration + indemnity regime + participation Mutual and prevision + restaurant vouchers + CNAS
