Maintenance Technician Mechanic

Camarillo, CA

Pay: $24-33/hr DOE

Shift: 1st shift

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment while supporting a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with complex manufacturing equipment, mechanical drive systems, and packaging equipment.
• Basic plumbing experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software programs.
