Education
  • College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
