Payroll Specialist

Overview

• Process accurate semi-monthly payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll, tax, wage and hour, and leave regulations
• Manage payroll-related systems, employee records, audits, reporting, year-end processing, and process improvements to support efficient payroll operations
• Provide exceptional internal customer service by resolving payroll inquiries, maintaining confidential employee information, and partnering across departments to ensure payroll accuracy

Candidate profile

• 3+ years’ experience end-to-end multi-state payroll processing
• Knowledge of tax withholding, garnishments, and compliance
• Paylocity preferred
• Experience with benefits administration a big plus
