Seeking an organized and accurate data entry professional to join their team. This role provides essential administrative and data entry functions within the sales department, ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail to support the sales efforts and maintain efficient office workflows.
Responsibilities- Assisting sales teams with timely and accurate order processing and data entry.
- Entering and updating data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before input.
- Reviewing data for errors or missing information and correcting discrepancies.
- Prior office experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google.
- Type 55 WPM
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
