Part-Time Service Appointment Representative Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Service Appointment Representative to assist customers with scheduling automotive service and maintenance appointments. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, confirming appointments, and helping keep the service department’s schedule organized.

• Schedule and confirm service appointments by phone and other communication channels.
• Answer customer questions regarding service appointments, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming or missed appointments.
• Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into the dealership system.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with every customer.
• Make outbound calls to remind customers about recommended or upcoming service.
• Assist the service/parts department with cashiering and customer-service tasks as needed.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.

Part-time schedule Monday through Friday every other Saturday with a day off during the week based on the service scheduling. Hours will be 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday is 7:00AM to 4PM.

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, comfortable speaking with customers by phone, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced service environment.
