Sterilization Assistant

We are looking for a Sterilization Assistant who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. • Sterilize and process dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms before each patient.
• Turn over operatories efficiently between appointments.
• Maintain an organized sterilization area and clinical supply inventory.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are ready to support the clinical team throughout the day.
• Assist doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and team.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

• Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
