Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue;
Answer questions about venue components such as upgrades/upsell programs, purchasing fan merchandise, tour VIP activations;
Direct restroom and concession lines, as needed, to shorten guest wait times;
Assist guests with needs such as finding their seats, seat relocation and purchasing upsells;
Monitor crowd for behavior that needs to be addressed by venue management or law personnel
