Position Title
Security / Event Staff (Part‑time / Seasonal)
Job SummaryThis position is part‑time/seasonal, with hours beginning in May
2026 and ending in October
2026, at an outdoor venue.
- Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests and other persons.
- Guard against theft and maintain safety and security of the premises.
- Ensure guests conduct themselves safely and do not disrupt the event.
- Monitor crowd behavior that needs to be addressed by venue management or law enforcement.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into the venue.
- Participate in post‑show cleanup of the venue, including collecting recycling, compost, and trash.
- Partner with crew members at the end of the show to close the venue, including picking up and storing event equipment such as lawn chairs.
- Provide great customer service to all guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Perform any other duties as assigned or needed.
- Work during all weather conditions at an outdoor venue.
- Stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Security or law‑enforcement experience not required.
- Customer‑service friendly attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policies and procedures.
- Availability for evenings and weekends; hours will vary based on events.
- U.S. applicants must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
Given the seasonal nature, hours will primarily be evenings and weekends, varying based on events.
