• Answers phones promptly and directs calls appropriately.
• Greets patients immediately, providing high‑level service.
• Explains visit purpose, required paperwork, and schedules.
• Maintains accurate patient records, demonstrates patience and courtesy, and consults with managing staff when needed.
• Processes claims and enters patient orders.

• Strong communicator and active listener to patients and associates.
• Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, caring, patient).
• Sales skills.
• Proficient with computers and quick to adapt to new software.
• Strong organizational skills.

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Comparable experience typically requires 1‑2 years in a retail environment.
