- Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and other applicable safety standards
- Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and compliance documentation
- Monitor and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and safety audits
- Manage emergency response plans and crisis preparedness initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of safety management experience
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Ability to influence and build a strong safety culture
