Position Summary:

The D365 Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization. You will be the primary point of contact for users seeking support and guidance on the D365 system, resolving both functional and technical issues that arise. As a key team member in supporting the ongoing success and optimization of our D365 platform, you will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, identify pain points, and offer solutions that enhance their workflows.

Your responsibilities will include addressing user queries, troubleshooting system functionality, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes within D365. You'll be responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and seamless use of the system. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, as you'll need to understand how D365 is used in different business contexts, from Finance and Operations to Supply Chain and Sales, and translate technical solutions into business value.

Additionally, you will assist in the training and onboarding of new users, helping them become proficient in their use of D365 and ensuring they can leverage the system effectively for their day-to-day operations. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you'll participate in system enhancements and upgrades, acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, and helping to drive projects that contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide D365 Support:
Offer functional and technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues across various D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).User Training & Documentation:
Assist in creating user manuals, guides, and conducting training sessions for end-users to improve D365 system understanding and utilization.

System Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
Monitor D365 for performance issues, bugs, and errors; work closely with internal teams or third-party vendors to resolve any incidents promptly.

Data Management & Reporting:
Assist in maintaining data integrity by performing routine checks and corrections. Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed to support business operations.
