Responsibilities
- Be a Team Member:
Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams; helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; remains flexible and willing to assist in other areas. - Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving issues. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them. - Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties and feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed period if hired.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
