PayStarting pay will be $36.40 per hour. This is a full‑time hourly position.

Job OverviewThe CNC Maintenance Mechanic is a team member who efficiently plans, installs, and repairs CNC and manual machines. The role requires a reliable professional with strong mechanical aptitude who adheres to safety procedures and ethical standards. The incumbent must be proficient in blueprint reading and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to uphold the company’s mission.
Responsibilities- Prioritize and adhere to company safety procedures to ensure the well‑being of oneself, co‑workers, contractors, customers, and property.
- Promote a culture of safety, report unsafe practices, and actively contribute to a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in line with preventative maintenance programs.
- Prepare and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts.
- Lead equipment installation, removal, or relocation.
- Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, troubleshoot, and determine repair needs.
- Implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when servicing machines.
- Demonstrate excellence in performing all other assigned duties.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machines.
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience with CNC and manual machine equipment.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and heating, cooling, and general building systems.
- At least 2 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- At least 2 years of experience using measuring devices such as micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, and other measurement tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills with precision tools and machinery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in speaking and reading English.
- Critical thinking and effective problem‑solving in technical or fast‑paced environments.
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals in an onsite industrial manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, climb a ladder, and work in restricted spaces; walk and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work at high elevations (e.g., scissor lift).
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
