CNC Machinist

Job Duties:

Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to machine parts to specification
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Perform first article inspections and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality
Adjust machine offsets, tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance
Monitor production and maintain quality standards in a manufacturing environment

Schedule:

2nd Shift, Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Overtime available

Pay: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour

CNC Machinist Requirements:

3+ years of experience in CNC machining or CNC machine operation
Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Mazak
Ability to perform machine setup, make-readies, and tooling adjustments
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or CMM equipment
Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and production machining
