• Promptly unload trucks and assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Sort, stock, and organize products on shelves and in the backroom
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist with picking club pick-up orders and staging according to company policy

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
• Uphold merchandising standards including proper zoning, pricing, displays, and inventory control
• Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensure prominent display of promotional/items
• Adhere to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
• Prioritize and complete work assignments with managers and co-workers; communicate progress and address improvement opportunities

• Ability to pick up boxes and other heavy objects (>25 pounds)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus

• The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements.
