Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; remains flexible to work in other areas;
Be an Expert: prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution;
Be a Techie: leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them;
Be an Owner: drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; payment types; locating merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns;
Be a Talent Ambassador: acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others toward a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them.
