Compensation

Hourly wage: $21 - $34 per hour (at least the required minimum wage for the location).

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, associates maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
