This is a full-time, Entry Level, Door to Door Salesperson role located in Tinley Park, IL. The Salesperson will engage with customers, both new and existing, to understand their lawn care needs and provide tailored recommendations for Experi Green's services. Key responsibilities include generating leads, following up on leads, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires establishing strong relationships with clients and directly contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications- No experience needed, this is a great opportunity for anyone that is wanting to get their foot in the door with sales.

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Proficient in building relationships and providing personalized customer service
- Sales-driven mindset with goal-setting and achievement capabilities
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the green industry or lawn care services is beneficial but not required
