International Subaru Orland Park is seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or looking to launch a lucrative career in automotive sales, we provide the tools, training, and inventory to help you succeed.

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
• Follow up with prospects and previous clients
• Work closely with finance and management to close deals
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer programs

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sales experience preferred but not required
