About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales teams while taking an active role in developing new business and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in industrial markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate rubber product solutions
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to support customer requirements
- Preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and closing business
- Managing sales activities, pipeline, and customer communications within our ERP/CRM system
- Providing outstanding customer service that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or industrial sales experience
- Experience in consultative selling and relationship-based sales
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Confidence in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and advancing sales conversations
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset - Experience with manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, or technical sales is a plus
