About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales teams while taking an active role in developing new business and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in industrial markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate rubber product solutions
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to support customer requirements
  • Preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and closing business
  • Managing sales activities, pipeline, and customer communications within our ERP/CRM system
  • Providing outstanding customer service that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships
Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or industrial sales experience
  • Experience in consultative selling and relationship-based sales
  • Strong verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and advancing sales conversations
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience with manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, or technical sales is a plus
