Senior Account Manager – Personal Lines

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to every client in our book of business, including but not limited to:
  Conducting consistent, well-prepared meetings on a regular cadence
• Identifying core challenges each client faces and delivering practical solutions
• Driving client retention through deliberate, thoughtful action
• Capturing, organizing, and maintaining relationship intelligence with precision
• Maintain current expertise in personal line plan structures, riders, compliance obligations, regulatory changes, and market trends
• Ensure Producers, when assigned, are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces so as to be able to competently and proactively manage the client relationship
• Proactively lead the renewal process keeping clients informed throughout
• Act as an educator and resource for clients
• Manage the end-to-end service workflow for our personal lines book of business
• Pursue ongoing development through training, industry reading, and coursework that supports earning or maintaining professional designations
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA or BS degree preferred
• Experience managing a team preferred but not required
• 4-6 Years of Personal Lines Account Management experience
• Property and Casualty & Life and Health license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Experiencing working with decision makers and their staff
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with Applied EPIC agency management system
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
