Why Join Circle Logistics?

At Circle Logistics, every day brings a new challenge, a new opportunity, and another chance to make an impact. As a Bilingual Carrier Sales Representative, you'll build relationships, negotiate freight solutions, and help keep supply chains moving across North America.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented bilingual professionals who can strengthen relationships with our Spanish-speaking carrier partners while building a rewarding career in logistics.

Who You Are

You don't need logistics experience—we'll teach you that. What we're looking for is someone who's competitive, resilient, and excited to build a career where your effort directly impacts your success.

Whether you're coming from sales, athletics, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, if you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working toward goals, you'll fit right in. You take ownership of your work, thrive in a team environment, and are motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and win.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll play a key role in building relationships and communicating with our diverse network of carrier partners.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Carrier Sales Representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between Circle Logistics and our carrier partners. You'll negotiate rates, coordinate freight movement, solve transportation challenges, and build long-term relationships that keep freight moving efficiently across North America.

Every day you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your knowledge of transportation markets and growing your career.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates while building lasting carrier partnerships.
  • Communicate confidently with English and Spanish‑speaking carriers through phone, email, and text.
  • Source capacity and develop a reliable carrier network across multiple transportation lanes.
  • Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring exceptional service every step of the way.
  • Proactively resolve service issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver Circle's No‑Fail Service commitment.
  • Monitor market trends, freight lanes, and pricing to make informed transportation decisions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals while continuously improving your results.
  • Qualify carriers to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Escalate service concerns appropriately while protecting the customer experience.
What You Bring
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or another fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexible mindset with willingness to support transportation needs outside standard business hours when necessary.
  • Competitive drive, accountability, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Why Circle Logistics?
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Comprehensive onboarding and hands‑on training.
  • Clear career advancement opportunities—we promote from within.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid holidays, PTO and 401(k).
  • Collaborative, high‑energy culture where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
