In business for over 53 years, Aero Rubber Company, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom rubber parts and industrial rubber bands, located in Tinley Park, IL. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate for a full-time position. This is not a retail position.

This role provides exceptional customer service and performs sales support functions for Aero sales teams. It is a diversified position in our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and have strong organizational & communication skills.

• Supports Senior Sales Assistants with data entry and other administrative tasks to support sales activities
• Completes necessary data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicates regularly with receiving, production, shipping and other departments regarding details needed to produce, fulfill and ship customer orders
• Provides backup to Sales Assistants during absences.

• Sales support or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
