Whether you're an experienced sales professional or you're looking to break into the industry, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

• Generate new business through neighborhood canvassing, networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Perform exterior roof inspections and identify storm damage, wear, or aging roofing systems.
• Educate homeowners on insurance restoration and retail roofing replacement options, helping them determine the best solution for their needs.
• Prepare and present estimates for retail roofing projects while guiding insurance customers through the claims process.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners from the initial consultation through project completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide exceptional customer service throughout every project.
• Represent Volt Home Pros with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

No roofing or sales experience? No problem. Our trainee program is designed to help motivated individuals learn the industry, develop sales skills, and start earning money right away while they train.

• $50 for every confirmed appointment you book
• An additional $80 when that appointment results in a closed sale
• 3% profit sharing on the completed job

This means you can begin generating income before you're running your own full sales appointments. As you gain experience, develop your skills, and demonstrate your ability to succeed, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full Roofing Sales Representative role with our standard commission structure.

You'll receive training and hands-on support in:

• Roofing and exterior restoration fundamentals
• Identifying common roofing issues and storm damage
• Sales and communication techniques
• Retail estimating and the insurance restoration process
• Lead generation and appointment setting
• Closing and managing sales
• Guiding customers from inspection through project completion

We'll teach you the industry and the sales process. You bring the motivation, coachability, and work ethic.
