Maintenance/Custodial Worker (Full‑time) – Job
Tipp City Schools is now accepting applications for a full‑time Maintenance/Custodial Worker. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping our school facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained for students, staff, and the community.
LocationTipp City Exempted Village Schools
Responsibilities- General cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Routine maintenance and repairs
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing)
- Securing the building at the end of shift
- Snow/ice removal as needed
- Supporting building events and responding to custodial needs as they arise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
