Position: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Titusville, Florida
Shift: Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: $16 - $19 per hour

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming. This role is essential in ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
- Safely operate tools and equipment with accuracy and care.
- Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly.
- Support groundskeeping, seasonal tasks, and general facility maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Hands‑on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
- Ability to assist with groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
