The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott at Kennedy in Titusville, Florida. In this role, you will lead all aspects of building maintenance and facility operations, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while fostering a safe, efficient, and well-run environment for both guests and team members.

You will oversee and support a team of maintenance professionals, managing daily operations with a focus on preventative maintenance and responsive service. A strong background in hotel maintenance is essential, along with the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

This role demands strong technical expertise in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, along with oversight of elevator maintenance in partnership with external vendors—both critical to the hotel's daily operations. You will manage equipment warranties by proactively tracking expiration dates and coordinating timely repairs or replacements to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless guest experience. This is a key position within our operation.
