At Clean Team Inc., we take pride in exceeding expectations - and we know that success starts with strong, reliable leaders. That's why we're looking for a dependable, hands‑on Site Lead to help manage daily cleaning operations and keep our team on track.

Once your own cleaning tasks are complete, you’ll take the lead to make sure the job is done right - every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Step In When Needed: Cover cleaning tasks if a team member calls off.

• Final Walkthrough: Ensure the building meets our quality standards and all restrooms are stocked and spotless.

• Keep It Organized: Maintain tidy janitor closets, rinse and store mops, refill chemical bottles, and change vacuum bags as needed.

• Supply Check: Let your Area Manager know when supplies, chemicals, or equipment are running low.

• Secure the Site: Turn off lights, lock all doors, and set the alarm before you leave.

You’ll be the go‑to person on‑site — the one who makes sure the space is clean, stocked, and secured.

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
