Holland Building Services is seeking Full Time Floor Crew Utility Worker.

• Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 5pm start time.
• Hours:
  
  40 hours per week
• $18.45 per hour

• Working with floor care chemicals and equipment, i.e. tile buffing, auto scrubbing, stripping and waxing.
• Carpet cleaning
• Relocate equipment from multiple industrial job sites

• Continual standing and walking during the shift
• Climbing, kneeling and crouching during the shift
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Must pass BACKGROUND and DRUG SCREEN
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Be comfortable traveling to areas of town, including Maumee, Perrysburg, Oregon, Sylvania and the different ends of Toledo.
