The Opportunity

What You’ll Do- Educate homeowners on comfort systems and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs
- Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored options
- Prepare accurate proposals and pricing within company guidelines
- Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects
- Follow up after site visits to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding job details, financing, and scheduling
- Provide installation teams with clear expectations using photos, drawings, and written instructions
- Stay engaged with installers and customers during projects to ensure a smooth experience
- Build long-term relationships and actively generate referrals
- Prospect new customers through outreach efforts and networking
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred but not required)
- Prior HVAC industry exposure is a plus
- Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
