Job Summary

Clean Team is hiring dependable Full-Time Floor Technicians to support commercial floor care operations across multiple client locations. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in hands-on work, enjoy staying active, and want to build a long-term career in the commercial cleaning industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining floors in a variety of commercial environments, including offices, medical facilities, and other professional spaces. You'll operate equipment, travel between sites, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, this is a strong opportunity with room to grow.

Responsibilities

* Operate company vehicles to transport equipment between job sites

* Perform floor care services including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and other maintenance tasks

* Maintain floors to company and client standards for cleanliness and appearance

* Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within scheduled time frames

* Assist with additional cleaning or project work as needed

Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Valid driver's license required

* Ability to pass background check and drug screening

* Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible hours

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Previous floor care or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
