Now hiring a Sr Robotics & Tooling Maintenance Technician for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in the North End
Day Shift, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm - $90,000- $115,000
- Ensure that all robotic applications and tools are in good working order to meet daily production objectives.
- Provide necessary on-site support for robotic applications and tooling when inoperable.
- Work with established third-party suppliers for support as necessary (repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance).
- Initiate, quote and schedule contracted services for repairs or maintenance.
- Track all unique and/or first-time issues to include corrective action.
- Manage an itemized reporting process to include fault details, corrective actions and outcome.
- Results to assist root cause and solution.
- Train employees designated by management supporting all applicable shift(s) to troubleshoot recurring issues, capable of a reset/homing a robot(s) in pending mode if necessary.
