Job Title: Janitor / Custodian

About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, manages time well, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain floors (buffing/stripping/waxing) as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Secure facilities after cleaning (if working after hours)
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
