Unison Health is seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Technician to join our team and provide general maintenance support at our new and existing locations across Northwest Ohio. This full‑time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while supporting our mission of creating hope through superior integrated community healthcare. • Starting Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 16 days per year

• Work across multiple Unison Health locations in Northwest Ohio
• Participate in facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Collaborative, team‑oriented environment supporting clinical operations

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Unison facilities
• Assist with relocation and setup of equipment and furniture
• Support building renovations and facilities projects
• Perform routine grounds maintenance and general repairs
• Complete other maintenance and facility‑related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• General maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Unison’s commercial automobile policy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
