Unison Health is seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Technician to join our team and provide general maintenance support at our new and existing locations across Northwest Ohio. This full‑time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while supporting our mission of creating hope through superior integrated community healthcare. Compensation& Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 16 days per year

- Work across multiple Unison Health locations in Northwest Ohio
- Participate in facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations

- Assist with relocation and setup of equipment and furniture
- Support building renovations and facilities projects
- Perform routine grounds maintenance and general repairs
- Complete other maintenance and facility‑related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Unison’s commercial automobile policy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
