We recognize that your time is valuable, which is why we offer a unique, consistent schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance. You will work 10-hour shifts during our 2nd shift, from 2:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., on a rotating 3-on, 3-off, 2-on, 2-off cycle. This specialized schedule provides predictable time off and extended breaks, allowing you to recharge while maintaining a steady career path with a leader in facility maintenance.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing repairs, painting, light bulb replacement, and fixture cleaning.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Driver's license required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $29.86 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
