Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC;
Operate and maintain operations equipment to include powered industrial and floor scrubbing equipment;
Perform daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance tasks and maintain battery charging stations;
Fix minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues; maintain exterior property (landscaping, snow removal, trash);
Maintain detailed repair logs and use maintenance tracking software; adhere to safety standards (LOTO, Arc Flash) and provide after-hours emergency repair services
