Entry-level role responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and general facility upkeep to support safe and efficient operations across Trans Pak facilities.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions (and % of time dedicated to duties equal to 100%) Essential Function
- Preventive Maintenance – 40%
• Perform routine PMs on equipment and facility systems.
• Complete lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements.
• Identify missing or undocumented assets and add them into Limble when needed. - Safety & Compliance – 30%
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and all safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas. - Basic Troubleshooting & Repair – 10%
• Conduct basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Support Tech II/III staff with complex repairs.
• Follow SOPs, checklists, and guidance from higher-level technicians. - Facility Upkeep – 20%
• Perform general facility tasks such as lighting, minor repairs, workstation adjustments, or small projects.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member
• Report equipment defects or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment knowledge before operating.
• Speak up and intervene when observing unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Work efficiently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Marginal Functions
• Assist with facility projects.
• Support special tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Participate in training or meetings as required.
Desired Education/Knowledge/Skills/
Experience:
Education, years of experience, knowledge, certifications, etc. necessary for the role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and checklists.

Shift and
Hours:
Day Shift – 5:00am to 1:30pm
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Compensation: $22/hr DOE
