• Pay range: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
• $1.00 per hour for night shift (12‑hour shift: 5:45pm – 6:00am or Fri 6:00am – 2:30pm).
• Bi‑weekly pay.
• Paid lunches and breaks.
• Schedule:
  
  2‑2‑3 with every other weekend off – Friday to Sunday or Monday to Friday.

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and maintenance systems.
• Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints, and schematics.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians.
• Observe and enforce safety, security, and compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery.
• Assist with building and grounds repairs, including snow removal.
• Use EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders, track parts, and log labor hours.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager.
• Capability to work in a high‑speed manufacturing environment with heavy‑duty industrial equipment.
