Join WITRON as a Sanitation Technician!Are you ready to make a difference in a fast‑paced environment?
Join our dedicated sanitation team and ensure our facility remains spotless, safe, and sanitary!
As a Sanitation Technician, you will:- Perform essential general labor to support operations
- Sweep, mop, and empty receptacles
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Handle trash removal and manage corrugated scraps
- Replenish supplies as needed
- Clean the dock area
- Sanitize machinery during PM operations
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of custodial experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Practical attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products
- High performance orientation and a sense of urgency about work
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work various shifts and weekends as assigned
- Adaptability to temperature changes in an ambient distribution center
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods; bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50‑60 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights up to 90 feet
