As a professional Housekeeper, you will maintain clean and safe environments for our guests, following cleaning protocols, using equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Integrity and attention to detail are essential to this role.

• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co‑workers. Adapt to customer needs.
• Keep all assigned ancillary and department areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, protecting safety and health in compliance with preventative maintenance procedures.
• Inspect and use judgment to determine appropriate cleaning techniques outlined in orientation guidelines.
• Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by a supervisor.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
• Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio‑hazardous materials.
• Keep cart properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies; ensure all chemicals are accurately labeled and all equipment is in good working condition.
• Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth by adhering to training commitments.

• Past cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
