Enriched Senior Living LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform maintenance and repairs of building structures and grounds, and to conduct preventive maintenance according to policy. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, grounds keeping, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED; HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing licenses are preferred, and a valid Texas driver’s license is required or obtainable.
