We're seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of multiple residential and commercial communities throughout the Tonawanda and Buffalo area.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain landscaping and property grounds, including lawn care, seasonal cleanup, and general upkeep
• Perform snow and ice removal to ensure safe access during winter months
• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, walkways, and shared spaces
• Manage trash and recycling areas to keep properties clean and organized
• Complete routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
• Travel between nearby properties to ensure consistent maintenance standards
• Identify and report maintenance concerns as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial services, or property maintenance preferred
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive properties
• Physical ability to walk, bend, lift, and perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the day

Work Environment:

This position involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work across multiple properties in the Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, and Buffalo areas. You'll remain active throughout the day performing groundskeeping, cleaning, and property maintenance duties that help create safe, attractive, and welcoming communities for residents and tenants.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tonawanda, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
