What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CDL - Class A
- Experience operating excavators (material handler experience is a big plus)
- Mechanical aptitude (you can fix things, not just run them)
- Dependable, shows up ready to work
- Safety-minded
- Scrap yard or recycling experience
- Experience with forklifts or loaders
- Welding or fabrication skills
- Operate 10-wheel trucks (local hauling)
- Run excavators with grapples/magnets
- Load/unload scrap materials safely and efficiently
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
- Keep equipment and yard organized
