Maintain every aspect of our complex and keep it looking beautiful. You will be responsible to repair and maintain our rental units, clubhouse, and premises.

As supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team, schedules, and all the maintenance functions of our property. You will be required to coordinate with the property manager to accomplish property and company goals.

We don't care how much school you have as long as you are motivated, willing to learn, and hard working. Any experience and specialized skills are a huge plus and we will pay you depending on those experience/skills. We want someone who is professional, good at working in teams, good with people, willing to take initiative and run our property, and able to operate hand and power tools.
